How to Request a Refund

Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How It Works
Subscribe & Save delivers Teasy Cubes to you on a recurring schedule at a discounted price. Your card is charged automatically each cycle, and your order ships on the same schedule.
Billing
Your first charge happens at checkout. Each renewal is billed on the same date in your cycle using your saved payment method, at the subscription price shown at signup.
Manage, Skip, or Cancel
You're in full control. Manage your subscription anytime from your account portal — update your address or payment method, skip a delivery, or cancel.
Cancellation Timing
Cancel or skip anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Orders already processed cannot be canceled but are covered by our Refund Policy.
